3D Design & Engineering

With professional 2D and 3D engineering, we create a clear picture of your systems—from machines and conveyor technology to control components. This allows potential bottlenecks or collisions to be identified early, changes to be coordinated more easily, and custom solutions to be implemented efficiently.
In addition, we handle electrical design using WS-CAD, control cabinet manufacturing, and programming of Siemens and Crouzet control systems. This results in a fully integrated solution that optimally supports the planning, implementation, and commissioning of your packing facility.

Fast support in case of issues
The data from the machines we distribute is centrally stored in our system. If needed, we can access all relevant machine data online for diagnostics and fast troubleshooting. In many cases, issues can already be resolved via remote service. If an on-site visit is required, we treat your request as a top priority. Thanks to our extensive spare parts warehouse, we help avoid long and costly downtime of your equipment.
By the way: If you are looking to upgrade your existing egg sorting machines, we can program PLC controls and install the corresponding control cabinets at your facility.
